The Jongleur is most often seen wandering the Eastern Kingdoms' roads with the Folly House, a traveling theater. He acts as Master of Ceremonies for the majority of its productions. Rumors suggest that he is the theater's founder, but he generally evades direct questions on the topic, and many assume that he is too witless to have actually organized it regardless. He possesses skills as an acrobat, and occasionally acts in Folly House plays if the productions are threatened by casting restraints. He is also a dedicated costumer.

The Jongleur is a peculiar-looking man with a lopsided smile and the slender, agile build of a tumbler. He is usually dressed in colorful motley. Although his absurd mannerisms lead many to believe that he's a halfwit, those who grow to know him intimately invariably realize that much -- if not all -- of his public image is a calculated act.
